Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint Size jar with lid
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/8 tsp mineral salt
  • 1-2 tsp monkfruit sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 small ripe banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coarsely chopped nuts (or nuts of your choice)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in jar and seal tightly.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  •  Eat cold or remove the lid and microwave for about 1 minute to eat warm.
