This Charleston cheese dip will start off any party with a big bang. It's cheesy and more-ish, easy to make, and absolutely divine.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 lb bacon browned and crumbled
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup onion finely diced
- 1/2 to 3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
Preheat oven to 350°.
Blend together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Jack cheese, mayonnaise, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and onion.
Pour into an 8 X 8 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with corn chips, pita chips, bagel chips, or your favorite cracker.
