  • Mixing bowl
  • Chopper

  • 4 Avocados (fully ripe)
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves chopped
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder or ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper or ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 10 slices Wheat bread toasted

  • Let your bread toast while you begin prepping the guacamole.
  • Roughly chop the avocados and collect them in a mixing bowl. Mash well using a potato masher, but don’t make it too smooth, leaving small lumps. De-seed the tomato and chop finely. Chop the red onion and cilantro leaves.
  • Stir the onion and tomato into the smashed avocado. Add in the crushed garlic.
  • For spice, add your choice of pepper. And a half tsp of salt. Mix in 1/2 a cup of cilantro leaves.
  • Squeeze in the lime juice and stir everything until well combined. Take a taste, and add additional lime juice or salt per your taste preferences.
  • Scoop a hearty amount of this avocado dip and spread on top of toasted wheat bread or your favorite sandwich bread toast.
