10slicesWheat breadtoasted
Instructions
Let your bread toast while you begin prepping the guacamole.
Roughly chop the avocados and collect them in a mixing bowl. Mash well using a potato masher, but don’t make it too smooth, leaving small lumps. De-seed the tomato and chop finely. Chop the red onion and cilantro leaves.
Stir the onion and tomato into the smashed avocado. Add in the crushed garlic.
For spice, add your choice of pepper. And a half tsp of salt. Mix in 1/2 a cup of cilantro leaves.
Squeeze in the lime juice and stir everything until well combined. Take a taste, and add additional lime juice or salt per your taste preferences.
Scoop a hearty amount of this avocado dip and spread on top of toasted wheat bread or your favorite sandwich bread toast.
