Ingredients

  • 20 oz can chunk pineapple drained, 100% juice
  • 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained no sugar added or light syrup
  • 23 oz pkg. frozen sliced strawberries thawed
  • 21 oz can peach pie filling
  • 2-3 bananas sliced
  • 3 oz pkg peach jello

Instructions

  • Drain the pineapple and oranges.
  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, strawberries, and peach pie filling.
  • Stir until mixed thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle dry jello over fruit mixture and stir again.
  • Refrigerate overnight or several hours in airtight container.
  • Slice and add bananas before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute apricot, strawberry, or strawberry banana jello for peach.
  • If pineapple chunks aren't available pineapple tidbits work as well.
  • On occasion when peach pie filling isn't in stock, a good substitute would be mixed berry pie filling. Just be aware the color will change to a more purple-reddish look and the taste will be slightly different as well.
  • If you don't like bananas, they can be left off and the salad is still amazing!
