Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies
Love brownies? Love pumpkin? And who doesn't love cheesecake... Well, get ready to also love this delicious and easy autumn dessert!
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter melted
Pumpkin Swirl Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Grease a 9x13" pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the brownie dry ingredients until fully mixed: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs.
Stir the eggs and melted butter into the dry brownie mixture until fully combined and there are no lumps in the batter.
Blend together the pumpkin topping ingredients with a hand mixer.
Pour the brownie mixture into your brownie pan. Then scoop dollops of the pumpkin mixture on top, and swirl with a rubber spatula or butter knife.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
