12 eggs boiled, peeled, halved with yolks reserved 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise depending on desired consistency 2 tbsp dill relish can substitute sweet pickle relish 1/2 tsp celery salt 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp yellow mustard salt to taste
Mash yolks into crumbles.
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and remaining ingredients to the egg yolks. Stir together and test for seasoning and consistency. Adjust seasonings and add more mayo if needed.
Transfer yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
Press yolk mixture into egg white halves.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
