Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs boiled, peeled, halved with yolks reserved
  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise depending on desired consistency
  • 2 tbsp dill relish can substitute sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp yellow mustard
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash yolks into crumbles.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and remaining ingredients to the egg yolks. Stir together and test for seasoning and consistency. Adjust seasonings and add more mayo if needed.
  •  Transfer yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
  •  Press yolk mixture into egg white halves.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
