Equipment

  • 12 bamboo skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 Small square brownies
  • 24 Strawberries
  • 12 Large marshmallows
  • Chocolate almond bark
  • Candy sprinkles, mini white chocolate chips, or other mini candy

Instructions

  • Rinse the strawberries and fully remove the stems. Pat them dry.
  • Cut your cooled brownies into squares. The squares should be just a little wider than your marshmallows and strawberries.
  • Stack the strawberries, cut brownies, and marshmallows on a stick as shown.
  • Place each brownie pop onto waxed paper or parchment paper.
  • Melt the almond bark according to its package directions. Transfer the melted almond bark to a disposable piping bag, and snip the end. If you don't have a piping bag, use a measuring cup that has a pour spout.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the brownie kabobs. Immediately add the sprinkles before the almond bark sets.
